These Payment Terms explain how payments are handled when you place an order with Baviy.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to these Payment Terms and our applicable store policies.

1. Currency

All prices on https://www.baviy.com/ are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

The final order total will be shown during checkout before payment is submitted.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Baviy accepts the payment methods displayed and available during checkout.

Our online store and checkout are powered by Shopify, and payments are processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers.

Available payment methods may vary and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

3. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • The information provided is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • You authorize payment for the final order total shown at checkout

Payments may be subject to authorization by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

4. Prices and Charges

Product prices and applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Baviy offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase amount required.

We will not add undisclosed mandatory charges after checkout.

5. Declined or Pending Payments

Payments may be declined because of incorrect payment information, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, payment provider restrictions, or security checks.

In some cases, your bank or payment provider may display a temporary pending authorization. The time required for a pending authorization to be released is determined by the applicable financial institution or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@baviy.com.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund for the canceled item(s) to the original payment method.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item and issued to the original payment method.

After a refund is issued, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Payment Security

Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers.

Baviy does not require customers to send complete card numbers, security codes, banking passwords, or other sensitive financial credentials by email.

If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to represent Baviy, please contact us at support@baviy.com.

9. Fraud Prevention

Orders may be reviewed for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or other security concerns.

We may hold, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to protect customers and our store.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund for the canceled item(s) to the original payment method.

10. Changes to These Payment Terms

We may update these Payment Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our payment practices, payment providers, or legal requirements.

Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
